Title: Great House, Great Meal
Not much to complain about but the courtyard could've been bigger for dining in warmer months.

I recently stayed at The Great House in a beautiful town with free parking right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my stay a joy. The breakfast was superb, with homemade croissants and jams. The room was comfortable, with a Nespresso machine and a Bluetooth hi fi system. I was upgraded to a huge room with a lovely bathroom and all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel is in the heart of a stunning medieval village that is well worth a visit. 5-star throughout.
Can recommend this hotel.

The lovely decor of the hotel reminded me of a charming countryside cottage, with exposed beams and red bricks. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas to relax and chat with other guests.
The only thing I would ask for is a more attentive and responsive staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy or distracted to provide the level of service I expected.
